🔥Steam: Slow burn with some super steam
💕Tropes: witchy romance
📝 Notes: 2nd in series
Quick Take: Fun witchy read but it was a strong dose of metaphor overload which took away from the overall enjoyment for me. I enjoyed the smitten events but overall this one didn’t click for me.
Random notes:
✨ I’d love to see the ‘Plan On It’ playlist!
✨ Metaphor overload vs descriptive language
✨ Cringed at the use of my LEAST favorite sexy word ‘moist’ 😆
✨ Some spelling and grammatical errors that bugged me but assuming {hoping} they were caught before the final publication.
⭐️ My Star Rating: 3.0
